
The Barbell Club offers small-group strength training classes throughout the week, inside Iron Soul Gym, led by our expert coaches. The groups use a designated set of racks in the gym during sessions. These groups are open to individuals of all strength levels to begin or continue training, track progress, and grow. Many of our members have never lifted before. Each person has their own program, following their own journey. They meet with a coach two times per week to train and complete their workout within a semi-private coaching session in a specific area.
